Peter Wolff is former Senior Vice President, International, of Time Warner Inc.
Mr. Wolff joined Warner Communications Inc. (WCI) in 1982 as Executive Director of the Warner Communications Foundation. In 1988, he became Executive Advisor to the Chairman and CEO, and in 2002, Senior Vice President, International and Executive Advisor, Office of the Chief Executive Officer. Before joining WCI, Mr. Wolff served as Associate Counsel of R.H. Macy & Co, and prior to that, Associate Counsel at the New York State Urban Development Corporation. From 1970 to 1977, he was an associate with the law firm of Shea & Gould.
Mr. Wolff serves on the Board of Directors of the National Committee on United States-China Relations, of which he is Corporate Secretary,and the George Balanchine Foundation. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the Studio in a School Association. He is co-founder of the U.S.-China Young Leaders Forum. He formerly served on the boards of the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, the School of American Ballet, Dia Center for the Arts, the China Institute in America, the Miller Theatre at Columbia University, the American Associates of the National Theatre (London) and the Business Council of the Asia Society.
Mr. Wolff has an A.B. from Lafayette College and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
